Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs purchases of services provided by DBTech Consultings, LLC ("DBTech," "we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

This policy applies to services including, but not limited to:

  • Cybersecurity Monitoring and Support

  • Network Monitoring and Support

  • Systems Administration and Technical Support

  • Phone System Development and Support

  • Security System Development and Support

  • Website Development and Support

  • Music Studio Development and Support

  • Consulting Services

  • Managed IT Services

  • Professional Services

     

General Refund Policy

Because many of our services involve professional labor, consulting, custom development, monitoring, management, configuration, deployment, security services, and support activities, refunds are limited as described below.

 

Managed Services and Recurring Services

Monthly recurring services, subscriptions, monitoring services, maintenance plans, support agreements, and managed service plans are generally non-refundable once the service period has begun.

Cancellation of recurring services will apply prospectively and will not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for services already rendered or periods already provided.

 

Professional Services

Professional services, consulting engagements, troubleshooting, diagnostics, implementation work, project management, engineering services, and technical labor are non-refundable once performed.

If a project is terminated before completion, DBTech may, at its discretion, determine whether any unused prepaid amounts are eligible for partial refund after deducting:

  • Time already spent on the project.

  • Resources allocated.

  • Third-party expenses incurred.

  • Administrative and processing costs.

     

Website Development Projects

For website development and design projects:

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Work completed and delivered is non-refundable.

  • Custom coding, design, configuration, content migration, and consulting services are non-refundable once performed.

  • If a project is canceled before completion, any potential refund will be determined based on the percentage of work completed and expenses incurred.

     

Hardware, Software, and Third-Party Products

Hardware, software licenses, subscriptions, cloud services, domain names, hosting, telecommunications services, and third-party products may be subject to the refund policies of the applicable vendor, manufacturer, or provider.

Unless otherwise required by law, amounts paid to third parties on a customer's behalf are generally non-refundable.

 

Duplicate Charges and Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us promptly. Verified duplicate charges or billing errors will be corrected and refunded where appropriate.

 

Service Quality Concerns

If you are dissatisfied with a service, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate concerns and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Corrective work.

  • Service credits.

  • Alternative solutions.

  • Partial refunds when deemed appropriate by DBTech.

To request consideration for a refund, customers should submit a written request containing:

  • Customer name.

  • Contact information.

  • Invoice number.

  • Date of purchase.

  • Description of the issue.

  • Requested resolution.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact DBTech Consultings, LLC before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute whenever possible. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve billing concerns directly.

 

Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where required by law, mandatory statutory rights shall prevail.

 

Limitation

Any approved refund shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable service or transaction.

 

Policy Changes

DBTech Consultings, LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
